- Drilling, countersinking and riveting fibreglass
But
first a picture of our new lathe. The old one could not cut
it anymore (sorry no pun intended :-)) so we bought this rather
lovely MyFord 7.

Anyway drilling and riveting was required today and
it did not take too long to get everything on. Nut plates were
awkward and required some dismantling to get done
Now for the filling. We
got plenty done, but still plenty to do including bunging up the
ends of the leading quarters with fibreglass
One other last job is to make
sure I have fitted the manual trim cable.

Next time, it will be finishing off the tail, jobs
to be done
